Most Follow Up Appointments can be online unless you are required by your provider.

For patients who prefer the convenience and comfort of receiving care at home, Lumina Psychiatry offers house call appointments. These sessions provide the same comprehensive care as in-office visits, with the added benefit of being in your own environment.

House Call Fees

• Standard Appointment Fees:
  House calls are subject to the same pricing structure as in-office visits (listed on our website).

• Additional House Call Fee:
  A $100 fee will be added to the standard appointment cost to cover the provider’s travel time and preparation for the visit.

• Mileage Charges:
  In addition to the house call fee, we charge $0.67 per mile to cover transportation costs. The total mileage fee will depend on the distance from our office to your location.
