  • No Double Booking: Appointments are scheduled one-on-one with each patient to ensure full attention.

  • Scheduling Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking.

  • Emergencies: We do not provide emergency services. In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

We comply with all applicable privacy regulations, including HIPAA and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Your protected health information (PHI) will be used and disclosed only as permitted by law.

  • Fees: Patients are responsible for all costs not covered by insurance.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

9. No Refund policy

By scheduling with Lumina Psychiatry Psychiatric Nursing Practitioner Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • Deposits made for scheduled appointments are non-refundable.

  • This applies to no-shows or cancellations outside the permitted rescheduling window.

  • We reserve the right to enforce this policy consistently in compliance with California contract law.
