4. Appointments and Cancellations
No Double Booking: Appointments are scheduled one-on-one with each patient to ensure full attention.
Appropriate Appointment Scheduling: Appointments should be selected based on clinical needs (e.g., initial evaluation, medication management).
Scheduling Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking.
Emergencies: We do not provide emergency services. In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Deposits made for scheduled appointments are non-refundable.
This applies to no-shows or cancellations outside the permitted rescheduling window.
We reserve the right to enforce this policy consistently in compliance with California contract law.
