Rates & Appointment Fees

At Lumina Psychiatry, we believe in clarity and fairness when it comes to pricing. Below you’ll find our current rates for psychiatric services. We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement if your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits.

  • $300 (60 - 90 minutes)

    A comprehensive assessment of your mental health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This appointment lays the foundation for a personalized treatment plan using an integrative approach.

  • $150 (30 minutes)

    Ongoing check-ins to monitor your progress, make medication adjustments if needed, and provide support. Includes integrative strategies as appropriate.

  • $200 (45 minutes) | $250 (60 minutes)

    For patients needing extra time to explore multiple concerns or receive more in-depth integrative care, including mind-body/lifestyle interventions.

  • Supplement or Lab Review Consultation — $100 (15–20 minutes)

    Focused review of functional labs or supplement plans, available only for established clients.

    Form Completion, Letters, or Documentation — $100

    Exclusive only for established patients. Depending on complexity. Includes accommodation letters, school/work documentation, etc.

  • • We are a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.

    • We accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

    • We are not in-network with insurance but can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

    • It’s best to check with your insurance provider to verify out-of-network benefits.

  • We value your time and ours. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed or late-canceled appointments will be charged the full session rate.

  • If cost is a barrier, we understand. We offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need. Please contact us to discuss options.

    • All in office appointments are subject to an additional 50$ fee.

    • All home visit appointments are subject to an additional 100$ fee.

    • Patients located outside a 20 mile radius from practice location are subject to an additional 50$ fee when scheduling a home visit appointment.
